Wedding in NM

For Easter this year we drove up to Lovington, NM to attend the wedding of our nephew, David Carroll. Clementine did a great job traveling! It didn't hurt that we had prepped with lots of snacks, toys & videos for the trip. The wedding was beautiful & DC is super lucky to marry such a sweetheart.

We went to a park & had fun before the wedding. Clementine played hard & then took a great nap!

The Bride & Groom decided to give all the kids an Easter egg hunt since everyone was traveling for Easter, but we didn't realize they had started & got out there after all the other kids. Then we find out that all the eggs had been "found" by other children who had played at the playground earlier. Luckily there were still a few eggs left & some of the the other kids (parents) shared some of their eggs with Clementine. She got about six eggs so I went around the play gym & "hid" them. Then while she was picking up the eggs I grabbed the eggs from her basket & hid them again! Clementine loved it! She was just enjoying picking up all the eggs!!




We had such a wonderful time & were really glad to be a part of their special day!
